(text) that supports the context of use, meets user needs and assists as well as guides users to achieve

**Who**:
**A person that has an academic degree in a related field and can provide reference(s) for either Information Architecture, UX Writing or Technical Communication. This person is also likely to have worked in another UX role before.**
