**You are**:
You help shape the vision for content and drive product narratives across multiple platforms.

**Reporting to**: UX Manager / Principal / Lead UX

**You will work on**:

- Ensuring coherence, clarity, quality, and relevance while writing copy for user interface, instructional materials, and other related components
- Having a constant dialogue with all stakeholders to drive the UX goals of the company while keeping in mind client needs and emerging trends and technologies
- Documenting technical decisions to inform writing and design choices
- Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics and understanding the competitive landscape to develop original, engaging content
- Writing UX content based on data and analytics to improve the customer experience
- Coordinating with the UI and UX designer on issues like navigation, page routing, and product page design
- Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies
- Editing and polishing existing content to enhance readability and comprehension
- Creating intuitive copy along with compelling headlines to capture the attention of the target audience
- Identifying the niche requirements of customer address the gaps in the current content and recommended new content
- Collaborating with different stakeholders to curate user-centric content while maintaining the required tone and voice
- Reviewing content regularly and establishing guidelines to ensure the right method of content creation and delivery

**You will love the role if you have**:

- A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field
- Experience in design system documentation (writing skills for digital products and design system experience would be an advantage)
- A working knowledge of content management systems
- A portfolio of published articles
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while setting priorities
- Effective communication and time management skills
