**Role Overview**:
As a Client Servicing Intern, you will work closely with our Client Servicing team to ensure smooth communication between the agency and its clients. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in managing client accounts, preparing reports, and supporting the team in delivering excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in maintaining and nurturing strong client relationships by addressing their needs

and queries.

2. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, and operations) to ensure client

requirements are met efficiently.

3. Help prepare presentations, reports, and performance summaries for clients.

4. Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings between clients and the agency team.

5. Monitor project timelines and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and services.

6. Communicate client feedback to relevant departments to improve service delivery.

7. Support the team in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns.

8. Assist in managing client expectations and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

3. Basic knowledge of digital marketing (social media, SEO, SEM, content marketing, etc.)

is a plus.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

6. Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.

7. A team player with a positive attitude.

**Educational Requirements**:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
