**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Relationship Management**:
Assist in maintaining and developing strong relationships with clients.

Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Help manage client expectations and ensure they are aligned with project deliverables.

**Project Coordination**:
Support the coordination and execution of client projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure seamless project delivery.

Assist in preparing project briefs, timelines, and status reports for clients.

**Communication**:
Facilitate regular communication between clients and internal teams to keep everyone informed about project progress and updates.

Assist in organizing and attending client meetings, preparing agendas, and taking detailed notes.

**Reporting and Analysis**:
Assist in the preparation of performance reports and presentations for clients.

Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.

Help track project metrics and KPIs to ensure goals are being met.

**Administrative Support**:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details in the CRM system.

Assist with various administrative tasks related to client servicing and project management.

Support the client servicing team in day-to-day operations and special projects as needed.

**Duration**:
This is a paid internship position, with a duration of 3-6 months. Possibility of extension or transition to a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
