**Job Profile-Designation: Client Servicing Intern**

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of contact between the agency and the client. Should be able to research clients products, services, plans competitors and target markets
- Meet clients for briefings and present proposals to clients for approval.
- Strong strategic thinking, consulting skills and ability to keep client projects on plan and on budget.
- Coordinate with teams internally like content, design, media & more to oversee execution and implement the best digital media solutions for the client.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Handling financial issues with the client, timely estimation collection.
- Maintain daily interaction with the client and internal teams.
- Create weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of brand’s performance on different platforms
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Optimize online/offline content to increase customer engagement
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Determining clients’ requirements, upselling ideas, working on pitches, and maintaining a digital presence across all digital channels.
- Take responsibility for all outputs on one’s accounts
- Take control and report on all aspects to your immediate manager

**Requirements**:
**Education**:Graduation or Bachelor's Degree in advertising, marketing or a relevant field

**Experience**: 3 months - 6 months maximum experience in Digital Marketing Agency, Branding and Creative Agency.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Fluent English and strong writing skills
- Presentation skills are a MUST
- Knowledge and proficient usage of Microsoft office
- Able to present ideas
- Take responsibility for team performance
- To lead relationships by adding value to brands and driving results for clients
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to lead by example.

**Education**:Graduation Complete

**Working Days **:Monday to Friday ( 5 days a week )
