**Role: Client Servicing Executive**

**Experience: 1-2 Years**

**Location: Mahape, Navi Mumbai**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Be the bridge between clients and our creative team, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of client requirements.
- **Project Coordination**: Oversee project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met, and client expectations are exceeded.
- **Creative Briefing**: Effectively translate client briefs to our creative team, providing clear direction and insights.
- **Problem Resolution**: Proactively address and resolve client concerns, maintaining a positive client experience.
- **Campaign Analysis**: Collaborate with the analytics team to assess the performance of campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
- **Upselling Opportunities**: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios through additional services and offerings.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in client servicing within the design and advertising industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Understanding of design and advertising processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite.
