Min 1 year experience in automobile industry as client servicing executive or similar profile

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant

Skills required:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A passion for automobiles and a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and developments

Profile Introduction:
As a Client Servicing Executive specializing in the automobile sector, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients within the automotive industry. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Profile Responsibilities:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients in the automobile industry.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their evolving needs and preferences.
- **Account Management**:

- Manage a portfolio of automotive clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client requirements and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients.
- **Client Satisfaction**:

- Monitor client satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to address any concerns or issues.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure client expectations are being met or exceeded.
- Gather client feedback and use it to drive improvements in our products and services.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities within the automobile sector.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new clients or business opportunities.
- Analyze client data and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- **Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
- Assist in the negotiation and closure of deals with clients in the automobile sector.
- Provide input and feedback to the sales team based on client interactions and market insights.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
