As a Client Servicing Executive specializing in the automobile sector, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients within the automotive industry. - **Account Management**:

- Manage a portfolio of automotive clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client requirements and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients.
- **Client Satisfaction**:

- Monitor client satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to address any concerns or issues.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure client expectations are being met or exceeded.
- Gather client feedback and use it to drive improvements in our products and services.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities within the automobile sector.
