**Key Responsibilities:Telecalling**:

- Make outbound calls to distributors, retailers, and customers for product promotion, follow-ups, and feedback.
- Explain product features, offers, and schemes.
- Generate leads and maintain records of customer interactions.

**Customer Support**:

- Address customer issues and ensure effective problem resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, warehouse) for issue resolution.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and [Regional Language if applicable].
- Good interpersonal and listening skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Understanding of the FMCG market dynamics is a plus.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum: High School / HSC
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

**Preferred Experience**:

- 1-3 years in telecalling or customer support (preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer products)
- Freshers with strong communication and eagerness to learn will also be considered.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
