We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our Customer Acquisition Team in Gurgaon, India. To be

**Your responsibilities**
- Work as an integral member of a high-performing marketing team to develop and implement our
- Help generate engaging customer journeys and campaigns through a variety of touchpoints

- Build and execute CRM campaigns that reactivate leads while providing our customers with useful
and interesting information about hearing aids and hearing care

- Data Management, interpretation and operational work
- Understand, improve and follow guidelines to improve inbox placement, prevent spam filtering,
- Manage outbound messaging unit costs, vendor relationships, and necessary functionality to drive
marketing campaigns
- Assist the CRM manager in various projects as required
**Your profile -**
- 1-2 years' experience in handling CRM activities like customer reactivation and lead generation via
Cloud / Marketo / ActiveCampaign etc. will be an advantage
- Monitoring, analysis and optimization of campaigns
- Strong analytical skills in order to improve performance and drive A/B tests - comfortable with
Excel and pivot tables
- Creative, conceptual, and customer-centric thinking as well as deep technical understanding
- Positive, flexible, and well-organized to thrive in a rapid environment and meet challenging
deadlines
- A self-driven and reliable problem solver with a highly collaborative approach
