**Job Title: Tender Executive and Accounts Assistant**

**Experience**: 1-4 years in tendering, accounts management, and data entry.

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Management**:

- Prepare and submit bids for GEM and government tenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements.
- Monitor tender portals for new opportunities and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and information.
- Review tender documents, understand project requirements, and manage bid submissions.
- **Accounts Management**:

- Maintain accurate financial records, including handling invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Ensure timely payment processing and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and balance sheets.
- Work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**:

- Perform accurate data entry for tender submissions, accounts, and other relevant business activities.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical records, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Update and maintain databases related to tenders, financial transactions, and contracts.

**Key Skills**:

- Proven experience with GEM tender and government tender quoting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and hands-on experience in account management.
- Proficiency in data entry and experience working with spreadsheets and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of relevant work experience in tender management, accounting, and data entry.
- Familiarity with GEM and government tender portals and processes.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software.

**WALKIN DRIVE CONDUCTING ON FRIDAY [18-OCTOBER-2024]**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
