**Job Description**:

- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for engagement, brand recalls, and conversions.
- Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on various platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Test campaigns, analyze metrics, and identify opportunities for improved performance using customer and web data.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools for data-driven decisions.
- Plan and execute high-performing digital marketing campaigns, monitoring competition and driving insights.
- Implement and optimize data from Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel using Google Tag Manager.
- Execute acquisition campaigns on digital platforms like Facebook and Google, with a strategic vision.
- Run full-funnel digital marketing campaigns, handling strategy, bidding, budgeting, and reporting.
- Continuously refine and optimize campaigns to meet changing business needs.
- Experience in managing scale, strong knowledge of Facebook, Google, and Affiliate platforms, and expertise in building new acquisition sources beyond standard optimization through automation.

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
