**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the EV or solar industry.
- Ability to understand technical products and explain them effectively to clients.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of EV batteries, solar panels, BMS units, and chargers is a plus.
- Existing network or experience in the EV or solar sector is advantageous.
