**About the Role**:
**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Plan and select jewelry designs based on customer demand and market trends.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, and production teams for product development.
- Manage stock levels, track sales performance, and suggest restocking as needed.
- Analyze pricing, cost sheets, and profit margins.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and product ideas.
- Support retail and marketing teams with product display and visual merchandising.
- Prepare regular sales, inventory, and performance reports for management.
- Maintain good coordination between production, sales, and quality teams.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- 1-5 years of experience in jewelry merchandising or inventory management preferred.
- Good knowledge of gold, diamond, and polki jewelry categories.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Gati ERP tool(Not Mandatory).
