Job Description: Fresher Assistant Merchandiser Jewelry Designer We are seeking a creative and motivated individual to join our team as a Fresher Assistant Merchandiser Jewelry Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the senior merchandisers and designers in the development and execution of jewelry designs, as well as supporting the merchandising team in all aspects of product development and management. **Responsibilities**: Assist in the development of new jewelry designs, including sketches, CAD drawings, and prototypes Collaborate with the merchandising team to create and maintain product assortments and line plans Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new product development Assist in the preparation of presentations for internal and external meetings Support the team in managing the product development process, including sample tracking and approval Communicate with suppliers and factories to ensure timely and accurate delivery of product samples and production orders **Requirements**: Bachelor's degree in jewelry design, merchandising, or a related field Strong creative skills, including sketching and design ability Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes and materials is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.
