**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing season specific ranges and developing products as per requirements.
- Designing & Creating Tec packs.
- Making BOM'S to individual styles.
- Converting Tec packs to samples.
- Arranging samples for approval.
- Shipment planning, Execution Timely delivery.
- Negotiate & follow up with vendor & accessories supplier.
- Ordering Fabrics & trims according to Style requirement & BOM & conform In-house in time before Production to achieve smooth flow in Production.
- Coordinating with the production department.
- Costing, sourcing, & orders follow-up of Individual Styles.
- Production Planning of Factory according to the Priorities of Styles.
- Monitoring production Targets & final delivery dates, entries & follow-up of the same on a daily basis.
- Ensure the timely shipment, mailing, correspondence, talk to the vendors, meetings etc.
- Main records, master patterns & samples in a clean manner.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Graduate with good communication skills.
- Experience: 1 to 1.5 years work experience in the garment industry.
- Ability to handle products and work independently on all aspects of merchandising.
- Have good Computer & Communication skills.
- Should be a team player.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
