As an Executive Assistant, you will be working directly with the MD of the company. Primary job function includes the following:
- Act as the point of contact among MD and employees
- Reminding the manager/ executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Manage MD’s calendar and schedule meetings
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system of paper and electronic documents
**Qualifications**
- Any Graduate and above
**Key Skills**
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Good command over English both spoken & written
**Experience**
Minimum experience of 3-5 years as secretary/ assistant to the MD of a company
OR
Steady experience in admin and coordinating.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
