**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists.
- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor secondary sales and ensure product availability at retail points.
- Implement sales strategies aligned with brand goals and market demand.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and product feedback.
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and new opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and merchandising.
- Ensure proper visibility, branding, and display at retail outlets.
- Manage order bookings, collections, and credit control within the assigned territory.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in innerwear or related apparel segments.
- Good understanding of the innerwear market, consumer behavior, and retail dynamics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
