As a GMB and SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing our online presence, improving search engine rankings, and enhancing our brand visibility across various platforms. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in driving organic traffic and increasing our digital footprint in the market.

**Responsibilities**:
**Google My Business Management**:

- Manage and optimize our Google My Business profiles for multiple locations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, including business hours, address, phone numbers, and images.
- Respond to customer reviews and inquiries on Google My Business in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive brand image.

**Search Engine Optimization**:

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for our website and other digital assets.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant, high-traffic keywords to target for content optimization and creation.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics and search engine rankings, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve SEO efforts.

**Local SEO**:

- Implement local SEO strategies to improve our visibility in specific geographic areas where we operate, targeting potential customers within those regions.
- Optimize website content and meta information for local keywords and location-based searches.

**Content Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with our target keywords and engages our audience.
- Ensure that content meets SEO best practices and is optimized for search engines while maintaining high-quality standards.

**Technical SEO**:

- Identify and resolve technical issues that may impact website performance and search engine rankings, such as site speed, crawlability, and mobile-friendliness.
- Work closely with web developers to implement SEO recommendations and improvements.

**Link Building and Outreach**:

- Develop and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality, authoritative backlinks to our website from relevant sources.
- Engage in outreach activities to build relationships with industry influencers and websites for potential link opportunities.

**Stay Updated on SEO Trends**:

- Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and GMB management, incorporating relevant changes into our strategies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a GMB and SEO Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Google My Business optimization and best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques, tools, and methodologies to improve search engine rankings.
- Familiarity with keyword research and analysis tools.
- Experience in on-page and off-page SEO strategies and implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and writing skills to collaborate with the content team and respond to customer reviews effectively.
- Knowledge of technical SEO aspects, such as site speed optimization and mobile responsiveness.
