The Office Executive will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations. Responsibilities include managing administrative tasks, providing customer service support, coordinating office activities, and assisting with accounting. The Office Executive will also communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure an efficient workflow. Qualifications - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. - Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage day-to-day operations and organizational tasks. - Proficiency in Accounting and basic financial management tasks. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is an advantage. - Prior experience in a similar role in an IT environment is beneficial.
