SEO Intern

About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic SEO Interns with foundational knowledge or prior hands-on experience in On-Page and Off-Page SEO techniques. As an intern, you will be working closely with our marketing team to improve website visibility, optimize page rankings, and increase organic traffic. This is a 3-month internship offering a monthly stipend of ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 based on experience.

**Responsibilities**:
1. On-Page SEO

Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.

Perform thorough content audits to ensure compliance with SEO best practices.

Improve meta tags, headers, and internal linking structures.

Update and manage website content to align with SEO trends and guidelines.

2. Off-Page SEO

Execute link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and visibility.

Monitor and improve backlinks, ensuring quality over quantity.

Engage in forum discussions, social bookmarking, and directory submissions.

3. Performance Analysis & Reporting

Track and analyze key SEO metrics (rankings, traffic, conversion rates).

Prepare regular performance reports, highlighting results and improvements.

Use analytical tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software to identify growth opportunities.

4. Collaboration & Learning

Work closely with the digital marketing team to brainstorm innovative SEO tactics.

Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, search algorithm updates, and best practices.

Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and progress on projects.

**Requirements**:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field (enrolled or recent graduate).

Basic SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with on-page/off-page optimization and related tools.

Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members.

Prior Experience (Recommended): Previous internships, coursework, or personal projects in SEO will be an added advantage.
