About the Role:

We're seeking a technically sharp and reliable SEO and PPC expert who can assist with website editing, SEO optimization, Meta Ads integration, google ads, YouTube ads, and general digital tech support. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who enjoys working on code, integrations, and ensuring the website and ad tracking systems work seamlessly.

This is a cross-functional role that will directly support the marketing and web operations team in ensuring our digital presence is accurate, trackable, and optimized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and manage the company website using WordPress, HTML/CSS, and other tools
  • Implement technical changes to site layout, content sections, menus, buttons, and internal linking
  • Set up and manage Meta Pixel, configure standard & custom events, and troubleshoot via Meta Events Manager along with google ad set up, google tag manager and preparing analytical weekly, monthly and annual reports
  • Integrate and manage Meta for Developers tools including domain verification, event matching, and API tokens
  • Handle common website issues such as broken links, contact form errors, and slow load times
  • Perform on-page SEO tasks: meta tags, alt text, header tags, sitemap, , canonical tags
  • Maintain and monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • Collaborate with marketing team to ensure campaign tracking and remarketing are set up correctly
  • Troubleshoot issues with Meta Ads Manager, GTM events, or analytics discrepancies
  • Stay updated on evolving tools, tags, browser requirements, and performance trends

Key Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS (optional: basic JavaScript or PHP)
  • Experience using WordPress or similar CMS platforms
  • Familiarity with Meta Pixel, Events Manager, Meta Business Suite
  • Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Strong understanding of on-page and technical SEO best practices
  • Ability to read and debug using Chrome DevTools / Inspect Element
  • Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset
  • Attention to detail with a proactive learning attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
