**Role Description**

This is a full-time onsite role for a Customer Support Executive (Jaipur, Fresher). The Customer Support Executive will provide excellent customer service and technical support to our clients while resolving their issues related to the products and services offered.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to clients
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in customer service or technical support is preferred
- A positive attitude, ability to multitask, and willingness to learn

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
