ACCOUNTABILITIESACTIVITIES

**1**
- Basic/Extended Basic EngineeringProviding required input data to BE/EBE agencies.

Ensure that all technical standards and specifications are in place for engineering and construction work.

Plan and coordinate with BE/EBE agencies for obtaining all relevant engineering documents related to Electrical discipline and review of the same.

Resolving all issues related to Electrical disciplines.

Support to other discipline on Electrical Engineering related issues.

Ensure statutory requirements in place for the project.

Participate in HAZOP studies.

**2**
- Infrastructure and enabling worksAssess and prepare plans for infrastructure and enabling works.

Prepare timelines for execution of such works in coordination with Project Managers.

Support cost estimation for such activities.

**3**
- EPC PhaseEnsure that all systems, procedures and specifications are in place for execution of Electrical works.

Ensure that the Quality assurance systems for all phases of EPC are in place and are being properly implemented.

Ensure that the HSE systems for all phases of EPC are in place and are being properly implemented

Monitoring progress of Electrical works and provide support to Project Managers, if required.

Participate in quality audits.

**KEY CHALLENGES**
- Coordination with all internal and external stakeholders for execution of project Electrical works in time, with proper quality and within budget.
- Ensure compliance to all standards and specifications by engineering and construction agencies.
- Assess additional quantum of infrastructure and enabling works to be included in EBE/EPC contracts.

- Finalize systems, specifications and standards to be followed for engineering and construction works
- Develop and implement Electrical safety procedures.
