**Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Brand Strategist to join our team in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. As a Brand Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and executing the brand strategy for our organization. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for building strong brands and a deep understanding of the staffing and recruiting industry.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define the brand identity, establish brand guidelines, and develop marketing strategies to promote our company and enhance our brand positioning. You will have the opportunity to drive brand awareness, increase customer loyalty, and ultimately contribute to the overall success of the organization.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning for effective brand differentiation.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop brand messaging and creative assets that resonate with our target audience.
- Manage brand consistency across all communication channels, including digital and traditional marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of branding initiatives and provide regular reports to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Brand Strategist or similar role in the staffing and recruiting industry.
- In-depth knowledge of branding principles, marketing strategies, and market research techniques.
- Strong understanding of the staffing and recruiting industry and its target demographics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with graphic design software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
