**About Us**

We are a turnkey industrial construction company with in-house PEB fabrication and civil teams, executing projects across industrial, warehousing, and commercial sectors. As part of our growing design cell, we are looking to onboard a talented **Structural Detailing Engineer** to support precision fabrication and erection.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Structural Detailing & Drafting**
- Prepare detailed fabrication drawings for columns, rafters, bracings, purlins, girts, base plates, anchor bolts, and accessories.
- Generate GA drawings, connection details, shop drawings, and erection drawings based on design inputs.
- Prepare cutting plans, bolt lists, part lists, and assembly drawings for fabrication shop.

**Design Coordination**
- Work closely with structural design team for connection calculations and revisions.
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings to prepare coordinated PEB detail drawings.
- Review consultant/shop drawings and ensure accuracy and clarity before release.

**Software & File Management**
- Use specialized software like AutoCAD, Tekla, Staad (optional), or similar for structural modeling and detailing.
- Maintain proper layer usage, dimensioning standards, title blocks, and naming conventions.

**Quality Assurance & Compliance**
- Adhere to IS codes, PEB industry standards, and project-specific specifications.
- Ensure minimum errors in drawings that can lead to fabrication/erection rework.
- Maintain drawing logs, revision history, and fabrication-ready file management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/B.E. in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in PEB detailing, drafting, or steel structure design.
- Strong AutoCAD skills; Tekla/STAAD knowledge is a plus.
- Understanding of steel member behavior, tolerances, and fabrication standards.
- Ability to interpret structural, architectural, and MEP coordination drawings.
- Familiarity with IS 800, IS 875, MBMA standards, and detailing conventions.
- Has prior experience preparing PEB shop and GA drawings with mínimal revisions.
- Is familiar with fabrication shop workflows and erection sequencing.
- Takes responsibility for clean, readable, fabrication-friendly drawing output.
- Can coordinate with production and erection teams to resolve drawing issues.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
