**Profile - CAD Draftsman**

Qualification - B.Tech - civil

Salary - Upto 4.8 LPA

**Experience - Min. 3+ yrs in Structural Detailing, Drafting, RCC - Rebar detailing, scheduling ,2D & 3D drawing (only Indian Standard detailer, RCC Detailer )**

**Location - Bangalore**

**Detail Drafting Structural members in RCC (Rebar detailing, scheduling, preparing Elevation and** **section of Beams, Slabs, Column, foundation & other elements).**

Analyze, Check & Compare Architectural, Structural Drawing with project members & consultant for

construction.

Preparing proposed plan of the building.

Preparations of BOQ in R.C.C & Steel Structures.

Designing of foundations for Machines, cooling towers, chillers & dust collector, etc.

Prepared revit model for detailing structural elements.

Concrete quantity estimation for structural members casting.

Involved in Pile, Bore and raft foundation works.

Planning, Scheduling, Executing Building waterproofing.

Allocate the works to Subcontractors with proper detail Drawings.

Rebar & Shuttering inspection before concrete casting.

1) Produced Reinforcement detail Drawing for Commercial & Residential Building Elements Using BS

Code with advanced techniques.

2) Detailed almost all RC elements of UK rebar Detailing.

3) Drafted Mark ups and Queries for Coordinating with client to achieve error less production.

4) Prepared Pipe Rack Foundation structural design & Steel Pipe Rack Consolidated Drawing.

5) Drawn Utility pipelines, Duct lines & cable Tray routing layouts.

6)Proposed scheme plan for feasibility Check, operational access space, logístical space for civil

structures, Heavy machineries/equipment's in Industry.

7)Prepared proposed drawing for shop floor (Entire Shop Machines Re-arrangement, Roller conveyor

provision &New machine installation for effective Production).

8)Modelled residential building using revit & checked for clash detection.
