**Position Title**: Steel Detailer

**Location**: Sector 62, Noida

**Job Overview**:
**About Us**:
Founded in 2000, Structures Online (SOL) is the first AISC Steel Detailing organization operating out of India. At 650+ people, we are also one of the largest.

SOL provides Steel Detailing and associated services for clients in the US. Our detailing services are utilized by over 60+ fabricators and erectors present in over 20 states. We operate out of four offices: Headquartered in Noida, with satellite offices in Mysore and Kannur, as well as a Project Management office in Phoenix, Arizona.

Being a frontrunner in the Steel Detailing Industry, SOL is also looking to expand its Engineering operations in US and other geographies. To achieve the same, we are planning to establish a new Engineering department in our Noida office and looking for experienced, dynamic individuals to lead our efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed shop drawings and fabrication drawings for steel structures based on engineering and architectural plans.
- Prepare detailed layout plans, drawings, and material lists for steel members, connections, and assemblies.
- Collaborate with engineers to resolve any design or technical issues.
- Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with project requirements.
- Work with project managers to ensure the timely delivery of steel detailing work.
- Coordinate with fabricators and contractors to address any field issues that arise.
- Maintain organized records of all detailing work, including revisions and changes.
- Ensure all detailing work adheres to relevant building codes, safety standards, and quality control processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years**of experience as a **Steel Detailer**:

- Proficiency in steel detailing software (e.g., Tekla Structures, SDS/2, AutoCAD, or similar).
- Strong understanding of steel structures, welding symbols, and connection details.
- Ability to interpret and work from engineering, architectural, and shop drawings.
- Knowledge of industry standards and codes (AISC, AWS, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision in a remote work environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with 3D modeling software and Tekla.
- Experience with GA Drawings/ Erection Drawings
- Familiarity with project management tools or software with AISC Standards.
- Knowledge of structural design concepts and principles.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
