Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our financial products and services, including Cash Credit Limits, Overdraft Limit, Term Loan, Bank Guarantee Limit, Letters of Credit, Warehouse Funding, Project Funding, Home Loans (HL), and Personal Loans (PL).
- Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing channels and campaigns.
- Identify and understand customer needs, financial goals, and eligibility for the offered products.
- Explain the features, benefits, and terms of our financial products to potential clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, ensuring all necessary details are properly recorded in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team targets and contribute to the overall success of the department.
- Handle customer objections and resolve any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and positive feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes related to financial products to provide accurate information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions and skill development programs to enhance Tele-calling techniques and financial knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
