**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand message and drive engagement.
- Work closely with the content team to ensure that digital media assets are optimized for various platforms and formats, and adhere to brand guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Develop creative concepts and storyboards for videos and animations that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital media design, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our digital content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within established timelines.

**Work experience**:

- Fresher - Up to 1 year of experience in digital media design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and ability to produce engaging visual content.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor & #39;s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Animation, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition principles.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design trends.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment as well as collaborate effectively within a team, while maintaining a high level of creativity and quality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
