In this role, you will leverage your expertise in graphic design, UI/UX design, and print media design to create seamless and engaging experiences for our users. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with project managers and development teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites and digital products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive user research, including surveys, to gather insights and understand user needs and preferences
- Translate user insights and requirements into intuitive sitemaps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts
- Create visually appealing and engaging user interfaces for websites and digital products, adhering to user-centered design principles and incorporating feedback from users and clients
- Design impactful graphic design elements such as logos, brochures, and social media posts that maintain brand consistency and resonate with the target audience
- Design high-quality print media materials such as brochures, flyers, and packaging, ensuring their effectiveness in communication and user experience
- Collaborate closely with project managers and development teams to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts across all mediums
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, design tools, and methodologies, and integrate them into the design process to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including design guidelines, specifications, and style guides
- Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams and clients

**Desired Skills**:

- Proven 5+ years of experience as a Graphics & UI/UX Designer or in a similar role with experience in print media design
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards for both digital and print media
- Excellent visual design skills with the ability to create visually appealing and cohesive interfaces and print materials
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools: Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and InDesign
- Ability to conduct thorough user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions
- Collaborative mindset and ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with project managers, developers, and clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify design issues and devise elegant solutions
- Familiarity with interactive prototyping tools to create high-fidelity prototypes with advanced functionality
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design concepts, processes, and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical clients
- Passion for staying updated with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry advancements in both digital and print media
