
Customer Service Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and effectively. The CSR will handle inquiries, provide information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services to provide accurate information and assist customers effectively.
- **Order Processing**: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
- **Documentation**: Record customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents as necessary.
- **Feedback**: Collect customer feedback and share insights with the management team to improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to resolve customer issues and enhance the customer experience.
- **Adherence to Policies**: Follow company procedures, guidelines, and standards while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field is preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
