**Position Summary**:
**Key Details**:

- **Experience**: Open to **Graduate Freshers**:

- **Shift**: Night Shift
- **Salary**: ₹30,000 CTC (₹21,000 In-hand)
- **Incentives**: Performance-based incentives ranging from ₹30,000 to ₹50,000
- **Working Days**: 5 Days a week
- **Benefits**: Cab Facility (both sides) & Meals Provided

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound and outbound calls, aiming to drive **sales** and achieve set targets.
- Provide clear and detailed product information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling of Samsung products and services to maximize sales.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and service delivery.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Excellent verbal communication** skills, with a strong command of the English language.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for **sales** and customer service.
- Ability to manage customer queries efficiently and close sales effectively.
- Proficiency in **basic computer operations** and internet usage.

**Job Type**: Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
