**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage daily accounting operations including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for management review.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain records of financial transactions and update the accounting software regularly.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits.
- Ensure timely processing of vendor payments and client billings.
- Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on pending dues.
- Perform basic office administration tasks such as maintaining records, managing office supplies, and coordinating with vendors.
- Do basic office documentation and operational tasks as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles (real estate industry experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of Indian tax regulations and compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle accounting tasks while managing administrative duties.
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
