**Job Title**: Business Development Executive
**Location**: Bengaluru
**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week
**Timings**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000 (In-Hand)
**Experience Required**: Minimum 6 months in Sales
We are looking for a driven and goal-oriented **Business Development Executive** to join our team in Bangalore. The role involves selling **UG/PG courses online**, engaging with prospective students, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the admissions process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective students.
- Understand student goals and recommend suitable UG/PG programs.
- Follow up regularly and convert leads into successful enrollments.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records and updates on CRM tools.
- Work collaboratively with the team to improve conversions.
**Eligibility**:
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience (preferably in edtech).
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and performance-driven.
