**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel students on course offerings, career paths, and industry trends.
- Convert leads into enrollments by effectively communicating the value of our programs.
- Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and update CRM records for tracking customer interactions.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for seamless sales execution.
- Address customer queries and ensure an excellent pre-enrollment experience.

**Requirements**:

- 1-5 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence decision-making.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,739.71 - ₹40,468.05 per month
