**Campaign Marketing Executive for Higher Education**

We are looking for a motivated, self-driven Campaign Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing campaigns to grow awareness and adoption of the Pearson Higher Education portfolio to our diverse B2B target audiences, using multi-channel campaigns both digitally and offline. You will be accountable for the development and delivery of end-to-end marketing campaigns for our UK and European markets, while working closely with our sales teams to drive lead generation and revenue.

Reporting to the Senior Campaign Manager, you will actively support the Campaign Team to deliver high-impact campaigns for our products and services. With a vast portfolio, we have a busy annual campaign plan to reach, engage, convert, and retain customers. As well as supporting the campaign team, you will work closely with our product marketing team, product managers and sales teams.

**Your Key Accountabilities**
- Planning, developing, and delivering data driven acquisition campaigns focused on lead generation to increase Pearson’s customer base and market share across UK & Europe.
- A creative approach to campaign development that engages our busy target audience and captures their attention.
- Creation of form journeys including build (Form Assembly) and landing page creation (AEM).
- Contributing to go-to-market planning, documentation and execution as business needs dictate.
- Undertaking briefings to agencies or third parties for marketing collateral to support campaigns, events, promotions, and sales activity.
- Having a clear knowledge of our product portfolio, and bringing these products, key features and benefits into engaging purposeful messaging and campaigns.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the business, assessing and prioritising their requests for support effectively, in line with business needs.
- Creating and communicating campaign overview deck with plans, objectives and success metrics to sales and wider team.
- Reporting & analysing campaign performance to ensure marketing effectiveness & to inform future planning.

**Qualifications and skills**
- Fluency in English language, including writing and speaking skills alongside the ability to create messages and materials in English.
- Strong copywriting and proofing skills, as well as a good eye for creative and design.
- Experience of building customer journeys
- Experience of supporting with developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns & lead generation
- Exceptional levels of organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence in communicating with a range of teams, stakeholders, and colleagues at all levels
- Confidence and experience with learning new systems and platforms such as content management systems
- A positive and proactive attitude with results driven mindset, with the energy and resilience to make things happen.
- A willingness to continue developing marketing knowledge and skills, to stay up-to date with the latest industry tools, tactics, and developments
- Experience of the HE Sector would be advantageous
- Experience of B2B marketing campaigns would be advantageous
