Ecommerce Advertising Expert

As a seasoned advertising expert, we're seeking an accomplished media buyer to spearhead paid ads growth initiatives for our eCommerce and Home Services brands in India and the USA.
We've achieved remarkable success in revenue growth, adding $250+ million in the past five years, and we're now in a phase of rapid expansion. Our ideal candidate is a results-driven individual who can push boundaries and improve overall performance.
The right person will enjoy performance-based incentives on top of base pay, with the flexibility to work remotely without relocation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on account/brand demographics to create relevant ad copy, creative assets, and funnel structures.
- Develop effective client communication strategies and build confidence through seamless collaboration.
- Design and execute A/B tests to gather valuable insights.
- Adopt a rigorous data-driven approach to inform decision-making.
- Identify new ad angles, creative variations, promotions, and landing page improvements to enhance ROAS/conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into our strategy.
- Work closely with us and our brands to achieve target KPIs.
- Craft compelling direct response-focused copy.
- Edit marketing content with attention to detail and excellent grammar.
Minimum Requirements:
- Prior experience managing paid ads campaigns on Facebook/Google for eCommerce/DTC brands.
- A minimum of $25,000 in managed ad spend.
- At least 2-4 years of performance marketing expertise.
