**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to interact

effectively with customers.
- Basic computing knowledge, with multi-tasking & documentation skills
- Good knowledge in using MS office tools like excel and familiarity with any CRM tools
- Passion for customer service and enhancing customer experience.
- Ability to collaborate with different departments and work in a team environment.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of Hindi language.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹9,978.17 - ₹33,580.71 per month
