
Customer Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in the US market.
- Identify and generate new leads through B2B sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Communicate product value propositions and negotiate deals to close sales.
- Collaborate with the internal team to deliver optimal customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and market conditions.
**Requirements**:
- 0-1 years of experience in B2B sales or US cold calling.
- Strong verbal communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Ability to engage with senior-level decision-makers in businesses.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven, with a positive attitude toward learning and development.
- Hubspot or any other CRM tool knowledge is a plus.
- Cold calling previous experience is a plus
- Flexibility to work in shifts aligning with the US timezone.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
