We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in providing an exceptional shopping experience to our clients while contributing to the overall success and growth of our store.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Showcase our jewellery collections with passion and knowledge, highlighting unique features and benefits to meet customer requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and assistance to customers in selecting the perfect jewellery pieces, ensuring an unforgettable shopping experience.
- Effectively communicate product knowledge, including gemstone characteristics, metal types, craftsmanship techniques, and care instructions.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by presenting options, explaining pricing, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including display areas, merchandise shelves, and customer lounges, to enhance the overall presentation and appeal.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives, fostering a positive and supportive work culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' offerings to provide valuable insights and maintain a competitive edge.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including security measures, inventory management, and customer service standards, to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Knowledge of jewellery terminology, materials, and craftsmanship techniques is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Demonstrated sales acumen and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or gemology is a plus.
