Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth in the field. You will be the face of our company, representing our brand and products/services to customers. Key Responsibilities 1. *Generate New Business Leads*: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field. 2. *Build Customer Relationships*: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. 3. *Conduct Sales Meetings*: Meet with customers, understand their requirements, and present our products/services. 4. *Negotiate and Close Deals*: Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close deals. 5. *Maintain Sales Records*: Update sales records, reports, and CRM systems. 6. *Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends*: Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activity, and market trends. Requirements 1. *2-5 years of experience*: In sales, preferably in a related industry. 2. *Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills*: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. 3. *Strong Negotiation and Persuasion Skills*: Ability to negotiate and persuade customers to close deals. 4. *Self-Motivated and Results-Driven*: Ability to work independently, set goals, and achieve sales targets. 5. *Valid Driver's License*: Ability to travel extensively in the field.
