Uniworld Technologies is a fast-growing food delivery platform dedicated to connecting customers with their favorite restaurants in the most seamless and efficient way possible. We're looking for a motivated Sales Customer Executive to join our team and drive customer engagement and business growth.
- **Responsibilities**:
- Engage with restaurant partners to onboard them to the platform
- Pitch and explain app benefits to potential clients (restaurants, cafes, food joints)
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Resolve customer and partner queries in a professional and timely manner
- Collect feedback and suggest improvements for service quality
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience and partner support
- Achieve sales and onboarding targets consistently
- **Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Prior experience in food delivery or tech startups is a plus
