- **Land & Site Surveys**:

- Set out levels, alignments, and coordinates for all structural elements.
- Perform **Mivan shuttering survey checks** to verify verticality, alignment, and wall positioning before and after fixing.
- Check grid lines, beam soffits, slab levels, and door/window positions as per structural drawings.
- **Quality & Accuracy Control**:

- Identify and rectify deviations in shuttering work before concreting.
- Maintain accurate records of inspection and rework requirements.
- **Data Collection & Reporting**:

- Coordinate with QA/QC, site engineers, and shuttering foremen for approvals.

- Follow statutory and safety requirements at all times.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or Surveying (or equivalent).
- **Experience**: 4-8 years in real estate/construction projects, including **minimum 3 years in Mivan shuttering survey checks**.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in Total Station, AutoCAD, GPS survey, and MS Office.
