**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential clients and generate quality leads through various online/offline channels.
- Conduct meetings with walk-in clients and site visits for residential, commercial, and hospitality interior projects.
- Understand client requirements and communicate AD Interio's offerings effectively.
- Coordinate with the design team to prepare and present proposals/quotations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics to the management.
- Build strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, CA and other partners.
- Follow up regularly with clients for closing deals and post-sale service feedback.
- Maintain a CRM database of prospects and client interactions.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Good understanding of interior design processes and industry trends
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and basic reporting

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in interiors and architecture domain
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

**Salary**: Based on industry standards + performance-based incentives

**Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Field sales: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
