**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Personal Assistant / Executive**
**Assistant** to provide comprehensive support to senior management and ensure the
professional who can handle a variety of tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
- Organize travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Maintain and update filing systems (digital and physical).
- Assist with expense tracking and budget management.
- Support office management tasks such as ordering supplies, managing vendors,
and maintaining office equipment.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and
office management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in Manufacturing industry preferred.
- Knowledge of project management tools/software.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Business Administration or a
related field.
