**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Plan, develop, and execute effective Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other Meta platforms.
- Analyze and optimize ad performance to achieve client goals and maximize ROI.
- Conduct thorough audience research to refine targeting and reach the right demographics.
- Monitor ad performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce engaging ad creatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Meta advertising.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify and implement the most effective ad strategies.
- Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

**Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Meta ads, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Proven track record of successful ad campaigns and measurable results.
- In-depth understanding of Meta Ads Manager and related tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with other digital advertising platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
