**Job Title**:Retail Executive

**Location**:Indore, MP.

We are looking for a Retail Executive to handle sales and promotion of personal care and over-the-counter (OTC) products in retail stores. The role involves visiting stores, ensuring product availability, maintaining good relationships with shop owners, and increasing sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Store Visits**: Visit multiple retail shops across Indore regularly to check product display and stock levels.

**- Product Promotion**:Promote products and explain their features and benefits to shop owners and staff.

**- Merchandising**: Ensure all products are properly arranged and visible to customers.

**- Sales Achievement**:Monitor and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

**- Market Feedback**:Collect and share feedback from retailers with the sales team.

**- Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of daily visits, sales, and orders.

**- Product Launch Support**: Assist in launching and promoting new products in the market.

**- Retail Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication and people skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Ability to travel locally and manage fieldwork.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

**Qualification**:

- Minimum: Graduate
- Experience in sales or retail (especially in FMCG or personal care products) is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
