**Job Description -**
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI. Additionally, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams, stay updated on industry trends, and contribute to the overall growth of our digital marketing efforts.
**KRA**
1. Planning Campaigns and Budget Allocation:
Allocate budgets to different platforms and categories.
Define campaign objectives and target audiences.
Plan advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.
Monitoring and Analyzing Campaign Performance:
2. Regularly monitor the performance of ongoing campaigns.
Analyze key metrics on platforms like Meta and Google Ads.
Identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Optimization and ROAS:
3. Optimize campaigns based on observed key metrics.
Focus on maintaining a positive Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).
New Audience Exploration and Placement Analysis:
4. Explore new target audiences for campaigns.
Analyze ad placement options for optimal reach and engagement.
SEO Growth Tracking and Coordination:
5. Coordinate with an agency or team to track SEO growth.
Ensure alignment between paid advertising and organic search strategies.
Define positioning for new product launches and share with organic searches.
Execution of Various Advertising Campaigns:
6. Execute campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.
Coordinate with affiliates for promotional activities.
Manage payment gateways for seamless transactions.
Performance Review and Reporting:
7. Review campaign performance in terms of sales and spends.
Prepare reports to monitor performance at the category and brand levels.
Track website metrics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Coordination with Category Team:
8. Collaborate with the category team to align communication and target audiences for ads.
Provide content and creative requirements for all categories and platforms.
Brand Awareness Campaigns:
9. Plan and execute campaigns focused on brand awareness.
10. Training and Knowledge Sharing:
Provide training to category managers and marketing teams.
Help build understanding of ad dashboards and channel functioning.
Guide team members on effective optimization strategies.
11. Staying Updated on Ad Platforms and Analytics:
Keep up with new updates on advertising platforms.
Stay informed about analytics platforms like GA4, Google Analytics, and Shopify.
Utilize accurate data to plan and optimize campaigns effectively.
Remember to adapt these tasks based on your specific industry, company, and campaign objectives
**Salary**: Up to ₹550,000.00 per year
