- Participating in training programs based on business needs.
- Attending team meetings or customer calls

**Job Requirements & eligibility Criteria**:

- 0 - 2 Years of experience in Banking BPO is preferred
- University degree or equivalent that requires 3+ years of formal studies of the Accounting & Commerce Graduates.
- Ability to work scheduled shifts.

Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively in English to exchange information with our client.
