**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Imports Coordination**:

- Handle procurement of goods from international suppliers.
- Coordinate with shipping agents to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and process import documentation, including bill of entry, invoices, and packing lists.
- Ensure compliance with local import regulations and customs requirements.
- **Exports Coordination**:

- Manage the export of goods to international customers.
- Prepare and verify export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure smooth export operations.
- Monitor shipping schedules and resolve any logistics issues.
- **Customs Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to international trade laws and regulations.
- Stay updated on tariff codes, duties, and taxes applicable to imports and exports.
- Handle regulatory approvals and permits for restricted goods.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, clients, and logistics providers.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Negotiate shipping rates and terms with freight forwarders.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate records of import/export transactions.
- Analyze trade data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes.
- Prepare reports on shipment status, expenses, and compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- 4-8+ years of experience in imports and exports operations.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, trade documentation, and logistics.
- Proficiency in [Software, e.g., MS Office, ERP, or logistics software].
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

**Key Competencies**:

- Knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing trade documentation.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability in dealing with international clients.
- Analytical mindset to optimize costs and processes.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
